Function

The partner account manager is responsible for acquiring new and maintaining existing partners (ICT providers, System integrators, resellers,..). You are responsible to provide professional partner support (contract negotiation, product training, field coaching, operational sales planning, co-marketing activities,..) in order to drive the sales results of your partner. You facilitate and maintain successful relationships with existing partners, develop new business and achieve agreed targets.

Key Responsibility areas:

  • Analyze, recruit and develop new partners in Belgium
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and work with them proactively to ensure sustainable quality sales, quality delivery of projects and customer satisfaction on a frequent and recurrent basis
  • Organize and give the commercial sales and product training
  • Develop and execute joint sales and go to market plans with partners
  • Co-selling with partners in order to support and drive higher sales results
  • Make proposals for both prospects and existing customers of your partners
  • Manage/Guide the closure of Partner sales deals
  • Build up a sustainable pipeline for your territory and generate revenue through your network
  • Follow-up sales funnel and report in CRM system and to management
  • Stay current with ICT market trends and competition

Profile

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a sales (preferably indirect sales) environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong entrepreneurship
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer/partner focus and commercial attitude is a must
  • Good Telecom and IT knowledge is preferable but not necessary
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
