Function

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As CFO, you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, drive growth, and support strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Provide financial insights to the CEO and board to support strategic initiatives
• Liaise with external partners including banks, auditors, and investors
• Lead and develop the finance team

Profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Proven experience as CFO or senior financial leader, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate finance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluency in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
