Function

As Receptionist

  • Welcoming clients and visitors
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Following up on mail, email and faxes
  • Booking and setting up of meeting rooms

As Office Assistant

  • Booking hotels, train and plane tickets
  • Managing general travel arrangements and catering
  • Providing general administrative support (e.g. translations, archiving, etc.) and helping during special projects (e.g. induction sessions)

Profile

  • You have an outstanding knowledge in English, Dutch as well as French!
  • You at least have a Bachelor preferably in Office Management, Hotel Management or language oriented studies or similar by experience
  • You already have a first experience in a similar position
  • You are client oriented and discrete
  • You have excellent IT knowledge, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • You are flexible, have a good presentation and good phone abilities
